Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Yes, the trains do run. The track and locos are regular HO trains, I just built new shells for the three locos.

It was a fun project and a real challenge, but I'll be gladd to get back to some regular card modeling again!

Fantastic (in every sense of the word) build thread, Chris. Lot's of useful stuff in there, some great modeling, and my grandsons coming in this weekend are going to love it -- it should inspire some interesting paper modeling on their part.
