I'm starting work on this now that my Zeus is complete. I thinking about scaling it up to 12.5 inches (~ 31.75 cm)

I've redone the face and the scale. I've also tweaked a couple other parts.

I'm going through the unfold process again...

Unfold is complete. I've also gone through and labeled the parts. I have two pdo's one with most the lines for reference and then another that has most of the lines removed. This new Megatron is about 52 faces lighter than the other. Most of the removed faces came from his smug face.

I'm taking it to be printed this morning. I also have another person doing a tandem beta build on it with me.

Rough Italian to English translation:
I'm doing a good model of Optimus Prime I downloaded from paper-replika.com. I will show the pictures just completed
Can't wait to see it complete. I saw that optimus as well and think they would make a good pair. Any idea on the scale of it?

The problem before was it was micro mm before. At this new scale it's at least do-able now. Tough still, but do-able.

Rather than start in the legs and the parts I did before in the first attempt, I'm starting in the hard areas. Here is a preview of the face. Not too bad. Better builders will make it look really good.

The lower helmet is the next challenge. If that passes it's smooth sailing after that.

The face is completly done now. I did the brows last night and am starting on the helmet. The brows are tiny but went together pretty good.

That sneer comes through so well for someone whose face is smaller than a penny!

What's the likelihood that this could be mass-scaled and adapted into a costume...? :P

Just for giggles I moved the head to it's own file and did a quick unfold at 8 inches. It took up 20 pages. It would probably get up pretty high if we doubled it to 16 inches.

I should have taken a pic with the brow on. It adds alot to the model.
