I did a build thread on the Astartes a while back. My figures are a bit larger than the the warhammer piece but the figures can be downsized to the 1/48th scale. My build thread is here Astartes Space Marine enjoy.

Some look custom (sculpted arms and legs), the others look like 2.5D, but I have not come across them. Let us know if you find them.
