Rock. On. I'm loving the look of things, as I was just in Prague. The one tower is like looking west while on the Charles Bridge.

Thanks all for the comments.
The fertile mind of Richard Vyskovsky created all of these wonderful buildings, none real, but I'm sure he drew inspiration from all over Europe. George |

Houses
here are houses 2 and 3, both fairly straight forward, less than 50 pieces together.

I really wish I had the space and patience for this model. Very nicely done

Section "V" complete
Section "V" is houses 2,3,4 & 5 and rampart 5 and attaches to what I call the east side of the cloister. MPR II will go on the north side of the cloister and MPR III will wrap around the cloister and church on the east, south and west. Here are some pictures of houses 4 & 5 together, the rampart before adding housesa 4 & 5 and the whole of section "V" attached to the cloister. Counting the bridge and the gate house that was attached to MPR I I am about halfway through with MPR III. Soon I will make the torsion box base for this area and then have to figure out how to get the river bank area made. Maybe just make the bottom of the torsion box extend out.
George ps - looks like house 4 needs some work on the shutters. |

This is really a model that can draw a person in. I can almost picture walking through there. As far as the shutters, I'm sure there will be a few houses in a village this size that need work on their shutters...

MPR III House 6
VK - Yes this model has a lot of character, I enjoy going back to MPR I and peering down the streets. Would be a great place to visit if it were real.
House 6 is complete. As can be seen in the isolated photos the sides of house 6 are mostly covered by house 5 & 7. House 5 & 6 have a very small courtyard that will be closed off by rampart 6 so I took photos before closure. Next up is rampart 6. George |

Hi All,
I have not given up on this project, just lacking a lot of construction photos. Progress has been made during the last year. I really like the waterfront area. MPR II is building quite nicely. I'm still amazed at the variety in the buildings. George |
