The site is located in France. Maybe there it is common? I don´t know.
MicroPaiement is very well-known in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and perhaps even in Canada.

Good to know. That´s the old problem in Europe, the borders made by different languages....English is not the problem, but most of the french sites are only in....French And the translations by Google are a thing of it´s own. So you must not wonder, that many french sites are not often visited by "foreigners"

That's because the Frogs have these weird rules about only allowing the French language. Certain words are even banned by law, mostly ones from other languages. The thing that's always bothered me about the French, is that they have such short memories. Twice during the last Century, they would have been speaking German if it weren't for the United States, and yet they hate Americans passionately. Go figure...

It's like Charles DeGaulle said: How can one manage effectively in a country that produces 300 kinds of cheese?

In France there are still too many Jacobins in power. The motto of the republic is "one country one language: France, French."

No, it's wrong, the French have never spoken German, only the inhabitants of Alsace and Lorraine were of German culture. But with the current policy, the Lothringerditsch and the Elsäsischerditch are die.

It is a browser problem.
Make an update or use another browser (Firfox 3.6.3, Google Chrome ...).
