Er ... no, not yet, but I'm certainly going to download it for consideration. looks to be a much smaller overall size than the Czech one we're all following on a couple of other threads, but it does also look to be a simpler construction and much less detailed.
Nice find though, and thanks for passing it on. Johnny. |

sweet,.. I think its 1:160,.. the scans of artwork from the magazine look a bit yellow but if you have photoshop you can put a "cooling filter" on it and in a click of a button the "yellowing" goes away and back to the natural color,.. everything prints on 8.5x11

Definitely not as detailed, but I've seen builds of it before, and it comes out well. There are some interesting things at the Kaukapedia site. I keep thinking I'm going to do some of the old trains and cars.

I have contemplated making it more dimensional but the truth is it doesnt seem to make a difference,.. unless I really go crazy with it,.. BUT, I am on my third building so far and they look great!,.. I put them up on a shelf as they are completed and from a typical model railroad distance they are pretty cool I will try to post pics this weekend,.. printed it on a cardstock with a laser printer

edge painting goes along way too,.. I use those craft store "folk art" brand squeezable bottles ,.. and just use the primary colors to mix till I get to the right hue and tone or tint to get the right highlight or shade of the printed color (I use a dove gray or a dark chocolate brown for that) I dont bother with the tabs either i just omit them and edge glue with CA and accelerator,.. and done

Hi,
I built the model. The original is from Schreiber, which I built. With some accessories it gives a nice model. Look also here: Mittelalterlicher Stadtkern in 1:120, Verlag J.F. Schreiber - Galerie Architektur - Kartonbau.de - Alles rund ums Kartonmodell Günter |

I have downloaded and built some models like this but from a different site - I think I found them via www.ss42.com which has a large number of sections for models.
