Tokyo Train Station - minified

I bought this kit based on this thread about a month ago, together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Katsura Villa. Ordered from Amazon Japan and arrived the next day by DHL. Paid regular freight. Europe takes 2 weeks.

Now, does anyone know Japanese? Also, that heavy cardboard in the back, does that serve any purpose in the model or is it for packaging (prevent bending)?

Looks like they will build into good looking models as the printing is very good.
