I need mine at approximately 1/72 scale so I scanned my book and enlarged the parts for the Bank to 118%.

Have not built it yet.

I also have 30 figures to paint before I build the bank.

Might I recommend the Upper Mid West, November through mid April, but occasionally early June, build character and encourage indoor activities.
