Great work on those buildings! Very realistic appearance, lots of accurate architectural detail and realistic weathering. Nice work on the period signage, I recognize the Globe Hotel wall sign from Spokane.

Very nice. I am a great fan of American geared locomotive and once built a layout using Campbell's wooden structure kits. I didn't know that there are paper kits exist. For these kinds of buildings with brick wall paper kits look ideal. When I build next layout I want to use these.

You can find lots of interesting material for backdrop building flats and sidewalls of buildings by Googling "ghost signs," then using a photo editing program to size the photos.

Here are two of my favorites. The cigar ad ghost sign comes from the Internet. The abandoned Tiger Brewery is in nearby Princeton, WI.
I photographed the building and roughed out the kit. John Kosma tweaked it some and it's a free download at Clever Models.

These are wonderful structures, David! I really like the look of your model railroad and wish I could see it in person some day.

Track is being laid on the new layout. When I have something to show, I'll post it. Being self-quarantined for the next 2-3 weeks (because Christal and I are over 60) could translate into lots of progress.
