Liverpool Cardboard Castles

Giant cardboard castles, churches and other structures are appearing all over the city. They are all full size and are assembled by hundreds of people.Go to liverpoolecho.co.uk to see the full story. Or do an internet search for Liverpool cardboard castles. The will be on youtube in a few days time when they get destroyed.

I got the instructions.

Place Box A on the ground.
Place Box B on top of Box A.
Repeat left, right and upwards.
Stop when you run out of air...or room...or Boxes.

Remember to take as many photos and videos before winter comes.
The carnage will be unsettling to see after rain.

Charming and imaginative.
But can't help wondering how they'll get on -
"Met Office predict Merseyside to be hit with 49 HOURS of "torrential rain" in four day washout"
Starts Friday.

Better yet: a castle falling. Facebook video:

And another view (also Facebook video):

At the end of the second video you can see how, even fallen, the castles bring joy to people (adults and kids) as they happily jump on them to help flattening them.
