19th century windmill (1893 Neuruppin/Germany)
This afternoon I've got the time to assemble one of my "historic" cardmodels
which I found in my archive ... printed nearly 125 years ago this design looks nice and pretty. There is nothing particular to say about that model... just enjoy :-) |

I like it, a very cute toy village style windmill.

Dear Thomas:
I have to ask, I hope that you scanned the original and printed it on new card stock rather than cutting the 150 year old copy? Thanks, Miles |

Hallo, Thomas... A couple of questions for you. I have a number of similar paper models from Germany. How do you know the date and the publisher? There's nothing on any of the models I have to indicate either one.
And the second, less important, is... perhaps this should be in the "Vintage Models" section, no? And, not to forget, very nice build! Best, Tom |

Charming!!! Miles put exactly the question I immediately thought about. I wouldn’t dare to assemble the original...

Very nice job and interesting design!
I am more familiar with smock mills, so this is an interesting variant.
