That is a fantastic model Super Dave. Lots of great eye candy. I bet that took a while. Came out really good. I went on the Papermau web site and I couldn't find NevadaBlues model. Any chance someone could give a link. I know he's working another Old Gas Station but I don't think it's ready yet. I'm a sucker for the eye candy models have which adds so much to a model. Dave, any chance your master piece would ever be up for downloading? She is sweat. wc

Mauther's Abandoned Service Station
PAPERMAU: Route 66 Abandoned Gas Station - by Papermau - Download Now!

Mine is a scratch build on the fly, with other models and scratch build stuff thrown in.
Not something I can share like that.

Start with Mauther's model and go from there.

Thank you Dave. Got it. I saw the Old Gas Station that Mauther is working on but isn't ready yet. Again being a sucker for the eye candy it will be another good one. Thank you Dave and Rick for helping. wc

Thanks Dave, I am off to look at your build now.

Rick, I got a huge bag of hair clips off ebay for cheap. I use tons of them. They can be bent to fit and trimmed to single leg ones too. I need to get some of the LONG single leg clips also.

This... will work.

In order to make the double length building work with the existing parts for the interior, I made notes and lines on the original so I don't forget to allow for that when I cut them out.

I have also decided to add a single story addition to the back of the first building too, since it has a garage door on the front.
I guess the center section could be a motorcycle shop.

Ken can I ask a question about the hair pins, are they flat or curved and with out teeth? Besides eye candy for models I'm always open to another idea of clamping models a different way. Thank you. wc

Looks good. You should add some stray cats.

I like the flat, two prong clips like shown. I saw someone on another site using long, single prong clips. I think they are flat. No teeth on either. If I find something, I will post it.

HO scale cats must be small. Will look for a few.
