York Cathedral 1:240 Rupert Cordeux

Another kit after Cordeux - alias Chicken - has just finished.

York Minster

Scale 1: 240

The model has the size of 65 cm x 41 cm x 26.5 cm.
The components for walls, towers, pillars
are on beige cardboard.
The roofs are on white cardboard.
I scanned the roofs and
printed them on light blue cardboard.

Best regard

Adolf Pirling

Very nice and intricate.
Good idea about printing on different colored card.

Great looking model! Agree that the use of colored card stock for the roof was a great choice.

Nice, I built this model early last year, a very long build but worth it in the end!

What a gorgeous model Adolf. I agree with the other remarks about printing on colored cardstock - very appropriate choices.

Adolf, you did a magnificent job on a beautiful cathedral. We were there two years ago. I have the model but have not made it yet--one of Rupert's older models.
