Model of my friends house design

Hi, my friend asked me to make a model of a house he has designed and is planning to build.
I made it to 1/100 scale. It is made of coloured card except for the flooring which is printed. I used double sided tape instead of glue for most of it as I didn't want to warp any of the walls.
I think it turned out ok, but I don't think the tape will stay stuck forever as it is already coming apart in some corners. But is will last long enough for him to finish designing and building his house.

Looks like it suits the purpose. Having something tangible in 3D helps. Now, if there were some 1/100 figures to place in it for a sense of proportion.
