Mike, I am sure I have seen pictures of this model somewhere else. Does it include a watermill as one of the buildings?

I don't think so - the watermill is part of Podskali.

There is a watermill that's hiding in the trees.

There are quite a lot of pictures of the village on the internet. The biggest difference is that most of the models have a big patch of "no-mans-land" in the middle. I spent some time adding "ground to the patch and added a few buildings to disguise the hole in the base plan
