I finished it although the last few buildings were a bit of a chore. Big kit and it gets repetitive. Artist/author did a good job ordering the construction of buildings the keep interest going. But there is a lot.
The biggest issue: what do I do with it now? The buildings are individually shelved here and there. Doing a diorama of the campus from The Bridge of Size to the Water Bridge would take a card table. And a lot of landscape materials. As well as partial construction of the Backs and Sator Square. Not to mention River Ankh. It has been done. An image search will turn up some really nice constructions by several folks. As well as tips and aid. Below is the only picture I took during construction. I did not like the printed foliage and asked on this forum about using landscaping materials. You can guess how that went! Never the less below is a picture showing the lush results of Mr. Modo's fine compost.

Christian - the foliage you used is great! That is what I was going to do when finished.
Unfortunately, it is too big to really use in a diorama. I kick myself for not scanning the book - really wish I had as I would then reduce it to 1/72 or 1/160 and make it again. 1/160 would work I think - the model is simple enough to work in terms of building at this scale. A mounted diorama about the size of an A3 sheet (or a fraction bigger) would then result.

About 1/280, here and there. The tower of the arts is about half height. One thousand steps from the entry to the roof. See the University of Birmingham (England) for the concept including a ridiculously tall tower.

Thanks, this will be helpfull. Normaly i take the heights of doors or windows for the scale, but with this "building"....

Adding a few details to The Library
Nearly finished adding a few 3D details to The Library... stained glass window, illuminable dome w/Librarian, new columns and doors, recessed windows, 3D roof. Part of a complete set I've been working on for a few years.

Those added details look good. The illuminated dome with the librarian hanging around is a nice touch. The recessed windows are a nice touch also.
Where did you get the shopping cart? Looks like it would be handy to haul away some of the casualties incurred during a soccer match in Ankh-Morpork.
