a quick reverse image search sent me to a pintrest post.

with the name: cellar of Barberà de la Conca
That's a city in Catalonia (Spain)

However I haven't found any more info on that model, or who published it.

Did a little more digging and it seems that the model was designed by this fellow, who is a graphic designer with an interest in archaic firearms.

Looks like he is a graphic designer for various Wine makers in Spain.
