Hi,
My painting excursion to Gloucester was not a success. The cathedral was closed because an episode of Dr. Who was being filmed there. There were some tall-ships on the docks but the weather was so bright and sunny that I could not judge my colours on the dazzling white paper and I got too hot sitting in the full sun. Here is one painting I managed to rework later, but I could have done much better. |

Hi Rupert ,
It's always not the way you would like it some days are diamonds, others stones But I like your watercolor very much! a little something has changed at the Dom construction site … The large window of part 53 is lowered again (1.5 mm), the rest as usual with 0.9 mm ... Due to the reinforcements, the outbuilding has become very stable ... ... and fits very well to the adjacent building parts Yours sincerely Kurt |

Hi Rupert ,
thank you for Information Hello , After our holiday without model making, it is now back on Building 54 has an exterior wall without graphics ... that's why I'll just make some small window openings. Likewise, a bit of brickwork is drawn in pencil on it, of course it is not as nice with me as with Rupert. Very interesting handling during assembly ... but everything fits together very well And immediately a fitting in the right place Yours sincerely Kurt |

Amazing!
Amazing! The recessed windows look especially good in the quire. I love the way the architect who designed the huge east window, gave it extra vertical strength by bowing it outwards. What a genius he was.

Hello Rupert,
I have not seen such a vaulted window, just wonderful! The first small parts ... can now be grown, but I will attach the four spiers because of injury only at the end. The parts for the southern aisle ... placed Yours sincerely Kurt |
