At a minimum, I’d say at least 30 years old. At least in the package it still looks suitable for use as ground cover.

New Buildings

I recently built a set of Alexander Krop's WW2 buildings, which are available as free downloads on Ralph Currell's website. I made this set in WW2 camo as a gift for a friend who plays a WW2 narrative wargame called "Target for Tonight", in which players make decisions which affect the mission and fate of an RAF Halifax on a raid. I thought these would make for nice atmosphere during his gaming sessions.

The available kit files include a control tower, a pair of slat-and-tarpaper temporary buildings, and a pair of Nissen huts with optional doors and windows. In a nice touch, Mr. Krup includes baseplates and two color options, wartime camo and "civvie" unpainted. Scale is 1/400.
