Beverley Minster by Rupert Cordeux

It's been a while since I last posted anything here, but I wanted to share some pictures of a project that took on a special significance. My wife gave birth to our first child, David, on December 16th of last year. After he was born, I had to set things aside for a while, but my wife came up with an idea for making a night light for the baby's room. She suggested that I make a church that lights up from the inside.
I took the idea and ran with it, choosing Beverley Minster by Rupert Cordeux for the project. It took a long time to complete, but I think the finished product is well worth the extra effort. And it's a pretty cool night light!
The attached pictures show the process along the way, as well as a photo with David taking an interest in the finished product.
