Gloucester Cathedral

I've had this on the shelf for quite a while and finally decided to tackle it. Gloucester Cathedral designed by Rupert Cordeux--scale 1:240. This scale creates a failrly large model that I'm searching for a place to settle it.
The kit is well done and well documented with both diagrams and photos...the photos are definitely needed to place some of the smaller pieces.
All in all, a rewarding model.

Congratulations, great model! Wish Rupert was still selling his models.

Nice work. Looks like it takes up some space.

Fred--- regarding Rupert, I wish his kits were available also. The last I heard, I thought he was looking for a distributor but that was awhile ago.
Michael--the foundation piece is 20x23 inches...not small at all.

Nicely done Mike.

I keep my models in boxes in the loft. That makes it an expensive insulation !

Cheers.

Very natural looking model, I love it! Good job!

As for me, I still haven't found the satisfying method of the storage myself. Most of my models are so small that I can put them on the book shelves in the front of the row of books...

Mike--at least you have a place for them. I'm close to being overrun but that won't stop me from adding to the collection.
Viator--Can't work that small I'm afraid...eyes and shaky hands prevent tiny scales.
