Fortress tower of Kralovice near Prague - Dukase - 1: 150

Hi there

The next model in between will be the Kralowice fortress tower near Prague.

The model making sheet is presented on three sheets with 81 parts in a wonderful texture, inserted in a glossy envelope.

There are two sketches and text in Czech as building instructions.

Then let's begin ...

I glue the base plate to 1.5 mm gray cardboard ... the outer edges are colored gray and sealed with glue

Sincerely
Kurt

Good beginning with the base. Your models are always exceptionally clean and precise.

Hi fans , nice to see you

Nine openings in the wall want to be closed ... Prepare and insert windows ...

... insert reinforcements ... and glue to the wall of the base plate

Sincerely
Kurt

Thank you David

With the upper wall parts 15 and 16 I first reinforce with 1.5 mm Finn cardboard and only then cut out the arches ...

... now glue the windows into the larger openings

Reinforce the frame 28 ... glue it to the wall ...

... and slide the whole thing over the tower, fits perfectly, still "weld" the inside with glue

Sincerely
Kurt

but now on the target straight ...

forty corbels ... are glued piece by piece between the arches ...

... which leave a great look ... the three roof parts are reinforced with 1 mm gray cardboard ...

... and glued in after assembly ... thus the tower is completed after ten hours of construction in six days of handicraft.

A beautiful model, very good fit and not too demanding, so highly recommended!

Sincerely
Kurt
