Aggstein castle - Tesa - 1:350

Hello castle fans

After visiting the Aggstein ruins on vacation and discovering the reissue of the castle's handicraft sheet, which of course was bought immediately,

I will immediately set about cutting the bow.

On nine A3 sheets there are 266 beautifully printed components that really make you want to start the project.

Since this model was my first contact with paper model making 52 years ago, this project is pure nostalgia!

Sincerely
Kurt

That is a neat looking castle and a nice looking paper model. I like the way they built some castles on mountian ridges.

That's an interesting castle. I like the view along the river!

Will you be adding all the trees?

I look forward to your posts

Cheers
Mike

Hello friends

a warm welcome to all followers

But now it starts ...

The base plate consists of two parts ... the work openings are cut out

After the whole thing has been glued to 3 mm Finn cardboard ... the working openings are cut out again

With kind regards from Fernitz

Kurt

Now let's go ...

Parts 1A and 2A with prepared reinforcements ... in the assembled part I first insert the base plate ...

... then the side reinforcements ... then the stronghold base stock is glued to the base plate,
where the working opening has already proven itself here

Kind regards
Kurt

Hi Mike ,

no I did not make the trees

and further ...

Parts 3A and 4B ... the upper seventh trench is added to the base

Parts 5A and 6B, the sixth trench ... is closed on the inside and therefore the reinforcements are glued on the outside

Sincerely
Kurt
