L'Instant Durable Models

My Understanding is that L'Instant Durable is out of business. Does anyone know who owns the copyrights to the models? Any rumors of a reprint? I believe they were out of France and was wondering what the laws were with respect to the models moving to the public domain. It is a shame having some of THE best architectural models are no longer available for builders.

They are NOT out of business, but they no longer sell to private customers. As their importer in the Netherlands, I have virtually all their models in stock.See my website, page architecture (traditional). Orders via my site, or mail me direct: da.denbakker(at)planet.nl.
We are leaving for a long holiday trip Sunday 24th, so either order now, or you will have to wait 4 or 5 weeks (if the weather holds!)

It was "discussed" here back in 2019 >> L'Instant Durable has gone.

Excellent! Thank you. Interesting business decision. We are such a niche market, I would think they would want to have as wide a sales profile as possible, but I’m no business person so….
