Gah! I've been trying to get better quality pieces when I export from pepakura to Gimp, Paint.Net, and Paint. However, whenever I do, the quality is HORRIBLE. What do you guys do to fix this?

Do I have to purchase the High Resolution Exporter to? :-\

probably. peps default export resolution is 72 dpi. i do my textures through meta. you can print from pep to pdf in hi resolution then use gohstscript to get the pdf into a paint program.

Yes, I do the same process through pdf in 600dpi. Then I reduce the resolution to 300dpi.

So...Let's say I'm a complete idiot (Which I am).. where can I get ghostscript, if I must purchase it, how much? And then, how would I use it? -Yes, I googled it, but... I'm lost at links and among other things VB :P

I print the design on c**p paper and scan it back into photoshop at 300/600 dpi wastes paper but you can use both sides 72 dpi is a waste of space.

Soaring,
the Ghost script is included in Gimp if you are in Linux environment. Otherwise in Windows you have to install Ghostscript (freely).

I wrote a tutorial here (http://www.papermakeit.com/index.php?option=com_fireboard&Itemid=72&func=view&id=12&catid=18)
