Hello!
jjb89: thank you Jacek. :)
On Internet I found painting of this aircraft in three versions: orange, silver and dark grey (more painted than aircraft had been!). Because from what I know Japanese prototypes and school aircraft were painted orange, I stayed with that color.
Before Piotter shows first pictures from test I`d like to show you the back-cover which just I did.

Best regards.

Those are very tidy cylinders.

do you make them first and then add the former or do glue them round the former and then at bottom edge?

Mine never come out that tidy.

Cheers JTF

JT Fox - Forming all these small cylinders to get them tidy is my non feasible dream.
But I still try :).
In my opinion most important is to form detail for shape we need and than fix to "almost ready" part any formers.
Look on radiator below, I hope You can see what I mean.

Anyway, fuselage is ready and radiators are on their places.

Hello!
I`m glad that work on the testing of this project goes so quickly. Thank you piotter!
Now I wait for chassis and your comments what I should to improve or change in the project. :)
BTW: It turned out that was a small mistake in the name of the aircraft. Now, instead of the name "kenzan" should be "ken-san" Fortunately, thanks to our friend y_noto error was corrected and the sheets of the parts will be the correct name. Thank you Yasuhiko! :)

Best regards.

Looking good, piotter.

I wonder what the reasoning was to put the air cooling ducts on the back and then having to install a fan motor (adding more weight) to redirect the air forwards?

Certainly looks different.

Hello!
cgutzmer: thank you. :)
PAPERBEAM: I do not know exactly how it was designed (I never found the cutaway drawing of the airplane). Perhaps it was a better aerodynamics at the front and less air resistance.

Best regards.
