sjsquirrel made a tutorial about recoloring scissorsandplanes's models with inkscape (http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/tutorials/27927-recoloring-scissorsandplanes-models-inkscape.html). Bruno's models are vector based (made in MS Office) and Inkscape is a free vector drawing program.

Note that you won't be able to use Inkscape to recolor a raster-based model. For that you'll need a raster drawing program (paint.net, paintshop pro, Photoshop, the Gimp etc.)

Hello. I did some Google searching for the re-coloring tutorial by Rob Carleen that was listed in the earlier posts of this thread. I was able to find it via the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free & Borrowable Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine (https://archive.org)) using this link:

dgapapermodels.com/Instructions/Recoloring Card Models.pdf

Just copy and past that link into the Wayback Machine site, and you should be able to retrieve the PDF file.

I hope this is still useful. Take care.
