looking for a model

A friend of mine asked me if there was a model available (free hopefully) from I think he said Fallout. He nor I am sure what it's called (I know that's a lot of help :)) It's basically a wrist computer (I think). It's similar to what Lee'la wears on Futurama on her wrist. Anyone have any ideas?
