Downloaded this from "Pillpat's" site last night, and did a quick build. Printed it out on legal size card. Spray adhesive the base on some thick stock, and doubled up the figures on 65lb card.. Hit it with a couple of light coats of "Future" to seal the pastel chalk touch-ups. Colors are a little faded, but still has a nice charm to it... Fun build, and thanks to Pillpat for making it available.

Appreciate the comments!!
Definitely a relaxing and fun quick build, plus with the small size fits nice on the shelve. I find that people get more of a kick out of seeing these and the anime figures I've done, then some of the more finicky military types that I work on ..

I know the feeling. Everyone wants me to do birds and chipmunks, and frankly I'm getting tired of doing them.

I think I might have to dip into my Epinal Collection and start doing a few of them.

Great work. I love those vintage models Pillpat posts. It kinda makes me want to buy a wife or some murr or something. :)

Really well done. Amazing to think that a French child, who might never travel further than the boundaries of his own village, could experience the world this way.
