This outstanding design and build is by Thorsten Brand, the thread is full of nice pictures of the beautiful detailed model; http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/aviation/18502-zeppelin-lz-45-l-13-1-144-a.html
As I understand Thorsten is still working on the instructions before this model will be available, so we have to have a little patience,
So, Thorsten, please keep us informed when and where this baby is going to be published ,we are all want one ;)

Another great pick. I have purchased a model of the Zepplin, just haven't got up the courage to build it yet. This however is a great inspiration. Great design, great build, and spectacular photography.

I swear there should be a DH-2 climbing up to attack this monster!

Quick......... London is under attack!

... or a RAF B.E.2C .
Anyone knows which modifications are neccessary to do the nightfighter version of this plane?

Hi Thorst
The full conversion of the RAF B.E.2c consisted of placing an extra fuel tank in the front (observers) cockpit which was then faired over and a Lewis gun was placed on a mounting above the wing to fire upwards at about 45°. Pictures seem to be rare but you can see a plastic model build - last but one - on Ronny Bar : 1916 (http://www.wwi-models.org/Images/Bar/1916/index.html) . Great Zepp build BTW.

Glad to be of help Thorsten. A futher search and two pictures of William Leefe Robinson in BE2c cockpit(s). Interestingly only in one picture does the front cockpit appear to be faired over.
