Agreed, I have gonme through that thread dozens of times in the last couple of days discovering new techniques that I would like to use on my next build.

Pretty brave by the way, how you just put that model on a sandy surface to make some pictures. I would have been way too scared getting dirt on those awesome paper tires. Do you have any idea on what you will be building next Adam? Can't wait to witness it on this forum...

Very well deserved. And I echo the sentiment of worrying about the model being on dirt/sand. Very nicely done.

Oh dear, thank you all for such nice comments!

Peereboom2, First, I did a test on myself to see if the ground is not too dirty, lol :) It was so called "clean dirt" haha :) I already started a thread in Ships and Watercraft section, search for IJN Hiei ;)

Doris, Thank you for nicewords, I am honoured to hear them from such a great modeler! I saw your ships and I was just amazed by them, the level of detail, the esthetics, they are just not from this world. I hope you could give me some tips on my next build :)

Kind regards,
Adam
