Gentlemen, I need a bit of hand.

I designed a simple MOL model some time ago but would like to follow it up with a whole Gemini B series. I tried looking for reference material, but that seems scarse. Can anyone give me a hand? I'd like to make the ferry, rescue and satellite destroyer models. Might consider redesigning my MOL later maybe.

Anyone got some good reference material? Thanks in advance.

I've got some stuff on my hard drive from various sources (mostly NTRS, the NASA Technical Reports Server) among others, but I haven't had time to summarize it yet and post it... I have posted some stuff on the Gemini/MOL in the scale section of The Rocketry Forum, IIRC... I mirror those posts on Ye Olde Rocketry Forum. Might be something that could help you...

Another place you can try is http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php
They have a lot of stuff on Gemini/MOL, and many other projects that both came to fruition and did not. Another good place you could try is www.nasaspaceflight.com/forums (http://www.nasaspaceflight.com/forums) and look in the historical section... should be links to good stuff in there...

NTRS would be your best bet, but it's been kinda screwed up since the gov't shut it down due to ITAR (international trafficking in arms) concerns by some congresscritters last year... and it's not exactly easy to search for what you want on a good day...

There's a LOT of gaps in the MOL information due to its highly classified nature... apparently some of the parts were common with spysats and stuff and therefore are still rather tightly held, despite their age...

Good luck with your search and Hope this helps! OL JR :)

You might find some material here:
Spacecraft Paper Models - GEMINI BLUE (http://www.delta7studios.com/gemini_blue.htm)

Dan has been involved with this for over a decade, but I'm not sure it's the same thing your lookin for.

There's also a Big-Gemini concept model by Steve Austin at Lower Hudson Valley.
