Recently found a very low resolution scan of Epinal, GC Simple, nr. 012 on the internet. With serious scaling down the low quality doesn't show too much.

Some of the Czech ABC models also have a rather 'vintage' look about them. All hand drawn long before CAD was invented, with the simple colours and printing quality of the pre-Iron Curtain era in Eastern Europe... but loads of interesting subjects, at very low prices. If anyone is interested: I am running a combined order on my site - Zeist Bouwplaten - Import, verkoop, ontwerp en productie van papieren schaalmodellen, maquettes en bouwplaten (cardmodels), Modelbouw, Rietveld cutoutmodels (http://www.zeistbouwplaten.nl), >Home page > Special Ordering. Closing date november 15th, so hurry!

The Phare is a generic model: no name is given. Unusual, because most Epinal models are based on real life examples.

The RX-1 (ABC) plays a part in a 1925 movie, The Lost World, after a book by Conan Doyle (no, not a Sherlock Holmes story). Basically, The Lost World is Jurassic Park written in 1912...

The LZ-4 (Graf von Zeppelin's fourth airship) is interesting because it shows his first experiments with extensive vertical and horizontal stabilizers. Google gives lots of very interesting information.
