Any fan of the Frankenstein movies will recognize Ernest Thesiger; he played Doctor Pretorius in "Bride of Frankenstein." This Pathe newsreel feature shows his hobbies of embroidery and cardstock modeling.

I don't know if the buildings are original creations or kits. It looks like the papercraft doll of Queen Elizabeth is his own creation.
