This is a very good-looking model of a very famous vehicle, Adam. I appreciate your sharing it with us.

I'm looking forward to the dimensional information. Your estimate of ~70cm appears to be about on target for a 1/10 scale model of a 353 with winch, which, according to Technical Manual (TM) 9-801, 1944 (the TM for the CCKW 352 and 353), was 272.5 inches (692.15cm) long (about as close as you can get to "~70cm").

A copy of TM 9-801 is available on line from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College Combined Arms Reference Library (http://www-cgsc.army.mil/carl/wwIItms/TM9_801_1944.pdf). Another useful on-line source is The GMC CCKW (http://www.cckw.org/). I imagine that Adam is already familiar with both sources, but I stick them in here for others who may be interested in the deuce-and-a-half, or "Jimmy."

Welcome

I have done front mudguard I made the fuel tank, hydraulic pump, reductor and the lower part of the engine. I does not do the whole engine because this is my first model and as much I did not want the complicate the construction

This is a short movie showing the operation of the suspension

The model is implemented completely of cardboard in some places (car mask) car spatula because I had to use the cardboard does not look too good
As long as the cabin which is attached to the,, dry "model will be painted narazie focuses on the implementation of all components by later paint it together and submit together.

Sorry for my English but I'm not good and I use the Google Translate
