That looks good, and yes, a figure model is quite a lot to take on early in your pursuit of the paper model hobby.

Might I suggest that you color the edges of the card so the white doesn't show up? You can use felt markers, colored pencils, paint, or what ever you feel most comfortable with. I use colored pencils and color the edges before any glueing is done. The finished models look much better.:)

Try forming them around a paperclip. Also fingers are more of a box then cylinder, so don't stress trying to form perfect cylinders.

It looks excellent!

One thing I noticed is that you were cutting out the detail bits from the full sheet of paper. Did you have any difficulties in cutting this way? I've always found that I want a smaller piece of paper when I start doing detail cutting to allow me to spin and move it around easier. Just an observation - obviously keep doing what works for you because the model looks great!

i have no real problems cutting from full sheets .dont know why lol but im used to it..thank you for the good review . my son went crazy when he came home from school and saw that on his shelf in his room..priceless...

Beautiful build! Awesome job, considering it was only your fourth one! Like the gloss coat, it will be hard to tell it from resin or plaster! Let's hope it survives the 8 year old!

Love the spidey figure ,

Its a bit of a coincidence that its the same model I download

Maybe I'll try it over christmas :-)
