great detailing

nice job on the engine cowling or covers on the Mk II. Quite a few people had difficulty with that

Thanks for the compliments. The cowling, I think could be a little better. I plan on building a cuople more sometime in the future.

i like what you did to the guns on the MKII too, they are more accurate are so seamlessly done I did not even notice them the first pass

I have some pics of the engine under construction somewhere. Will post as soon as I find them. Thought the extra details would make this viper pop out alittle better than some. Got alot of my ideas from Silveroxide's build on another site, plus I,m a huge BSG fan.

Actually it was Jay's and Paragon's, I just chopped it up and built it my way.

Refering to your (viper) drawing from your avitar. Those guys Paragon and Jaybats ( the model built here ) made all this possible. I stand corrected. We own them a round applause for giving us such great kits.

Where'd you get the Mark I from?

silveroxide

Great to see your moniker murphyaa! I believe that the mark I should be yours from Jleslie. By the way thanks again for your design, it was one of my first postings over at "Z". about the same time ssquirrel was posting his.

Aahh thanks.

I thought it looked familiar. It's been so long since I did that one, I kinda forgot what it looked like:o

I really should get around to redoing it someday, along with the Cylon Raider. I never see any builds of that one.

Silver thought you might like those. I regret not photo detailing this build all the time. Next time a better documenting will be included.

Nicely build model! So you gonna put pilot in? (or is that too small? )

No plans because they where destroyed awhile back. They were going to be apart of a hugh diaroma of galactica's hanger bay. I do plan to rebuild it with even more detail. I got to Meet Silveroxide this weekend and exchange idea's, a very worthwhile and educational visit. Silver you rock dude.

I will be watching. I started on the Conestoga already. Does that heavy paper meet your needs? It is great for bulkheads and formers.

When I did the Viper, I had originally planned to have the base either be inside a launch tube, or just outside in the hanger bay, ready to launch..But life got in the way.
