Incon T-45 Snowspeeder, great little ship from Empire Strikes Back movie from classic trilogy. Excelent model in scale close to 1/48. I'm found in starwarminiatures.com, It's great...

Old Republic's Venator class Star Destroyer, this model is a refinament from Jaybat's original Venator, easy build and new colors, redesigned from Nathansoon menber from Z*%$ board, this model is in downloads section from this forum.

i am also building the snow speeder, with slightly more detail, here are some pictures in progress, the paper pilot is only a prototype, obviously i need to build them in a seating position for the snowspeeder

Is it just me, or are the wings a bit too big?

Thank's people for kind words :) The Snowspeeder is a nice model, with great assembly design, is perfect for custon jobs for detailing. And for me is a precise model...

yes sir, I can confirm that: I've drawn this model with rhino for a future build and the feeling without cannons is that the wings are too big; then, when you add the weapons, it's right

This model is very simple and the textures are low resolution, the download link is the forum Zealot. ZeroG is not good form to log in with a first post asking models, counsel to present first in the appropriate area.

hello everybody once again....
some time ago gomidefilho help me finding the model for the venators class star destroyer. Thanks for the tip dude.

The famous Jaybat´s model is nice, but kind of dull and so inaccurated. It have almost the right shape but the patterns sucks and most of all....it's just white!!!. Besides that its a graet model. it just needed some modifications.

So...i did it. i add some color, new patterns, move some pieces, add others, and more details... and..... presto!

A new model... a better version.... a 2.0 we may call it.

You have improved it nicely... How about the shapes? One of the problems with the original was the shape folding. It wasn't very easy to bend and fold the upper superstructure. In fact, it was a major headache.

Have you improved the layout, any?

Very nice!!! I rip the X wing Alliance MOD for produce a better kit, but the results in 2.0 is very nice. I do not have permission to post in PM the original recolor of Jay1s Venator, but see this new improved model I believe is unnecessary!!! I wait to download link ;)...

Sweet reworking of that model! Someone else (Petr Srom, I think) reworked that model, much like you did. Unfortunately he never offered it publicly, it was a one-off. I think he hand drew the parts (and didn't scan/save the pattern - shame, shame).

Jaybats is pretty cool, if you contact him, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have any problem with you sharing with everyone. We all eagerly await!

Can't wait to see this one posted, I saw the other version and it is truely sad that it was a one off, it was very nice, this model has some great improvements, and my sons would love to build it up. as would I and would add a hangar to it.

Well, there is no response from jaybat...
i'd send him an e-mail, but... nothing... i supouse that there is no problem. Anyway, it's a free model, and it remains that way...right?
i'm not selling it...or claiming full credit for it. So i think its ok if i share it with everybody... because like jaybat says: Shere the joy, give away a cardtoy! hehehehe

I'm no lawyer, but if I remember correctly, I had read somewhere that in regards to artwork/creative properties; if the original is modified/improved/changed by 30% or more, it can be considered an original work. That is also considering you are selling for profit. Don't quote me, someone with legal knowledge would have to verify that, but that's what I remember reading somewhere. Probably irrelevant, as if you give the proper credit to the author of the source material which was made from property of another entity (Lucasfilm), and you are not selling it, I don't see where there is any problem.

On a side note it seems that Jaybats has been MIA for sometime now, anybody know what's up with him?

well RodentMaster, i haven't.... it's true that the superstructure is a little messy to do, but... that's the fun. hehehehe.

Forgive me if I sound impatient, but it seems you are only able to check the site once in the morning, and this is starting to feel like pulling teeth... OK I am a little impatient LOL (sorry). It's just I have been checking every day, fingers crossed, hoping this model will show up... And I've been hoping for this one to be done right (and made available) ever since the disappointment of Petr Srom's one-off, a year ago. :o

Because you could not find any, I just could not find models of the V-Wing Airspeeder and TIE-Drone, but I wanted to build it so much, I started thinking seriously about designing their own. However, this computer (a piece of junk) will not allow me to realize it, uh ...

Just a thread bump amd anouncement, I have made up a detailing set that builts off of Jaybat's original and the recent upgraded model by Tiluchi.
He inspired me to create hangar/launch bays with doors that can be posed open or closed, the lateral docking bays with doors, the ventral hangar, the missing second shorter pair of main engines, added detailing to the control towers, and 8 main turbo-laser turrets, and the 2 medium turrets for the sides, also made up side detail pieces that replace the kits parts if interested. The first hangar is more like the movie version and the next will be more like the SW CW one. will also color some parts to make specific ships, like the Resolute, the Vigalence, etc.. here are some screen shots of what I have so far, they are almost ready to post up.

Thanks! I think the new parts will certainly bring it all up a level, the turrets are kind of tricky as they are so small but if the whole model is printed out larger sized would be even better and easy to build.
