DGA free power build competition!

This will be a shortish contest at 30 days. On friday (to allow people to get ready) I will release a spreadsheet that list all the DGA models (ones I already have pics for will be crossed out). I am sure many of you are familiar with DGA models - but I am sure many of you dont know how many they actually have.... I have been given 180 models to add to the shop. Not many pics of all the different liveries. I need to remedy this of course - and the best way? A FREE model contest of course :)

Here is how it will work:
1. You will get one model on your first request - first come first served.
2. After completion of the first you can pick up to THREE at any one time to have in your build queue. Finish one pick another - finish 3 pick 3. This is to make it easier for those of you following the assembly line technique since you only have 30 days....
3. If you supplied me with a pic of a completed model you can start with THREE models as choices - you have until friday to supply me with pics of a model.
4. One point per model completed - I want to keep it simple.
5. When sending me pics (build thread not required but appreciated) make sure the filename is in the format of "model file name"-x.jpg - to illustrate if you pick t33001 as your model then your image name will be t33001-1.jpg and t33001-2.jpg etc. I wont give points if you dont follow this one rule. Any size is fine for the pics. Please use good lighting though ;)

The contest will end 30 days from contest start.... I say this instead of a hard date in case I have to move it a couple days based on people sending me pics...

I don't know what DGA is chris and no ink and my neighbour is a stuborn guy and won't give me his printer. hee hee. its silly he has his epsom for over a year and has no idea how to change the ink. and he has a virus i think and he must have the only laptop in the world without Adobe reader installed and it won't install anything and does not belive me when I say you got a computer virus. I put it this way you can't do a system restore on his laptop and that is a good sign for there been a virus. but i degest from the subject. what is a DGA?

Remember you can choose only one model (unless you sent me a pic of a built DGA model) for the first model. After you send me pics of that first model you can pick THREE models to build at the same time.

28 builds? No way lol. I'm putting the finishing touches on 3 Stampes and should have pics tonight, then my two additional D31's and maybe the Santa DHC2 that I just put my name on. Should put me squarely in third place behind Jan and Robert, barring an amazing build-a-thon by some of the others that I'm a half dozen points ahead of...

It has been a fun competition. I've learned a lot during it.

Well folks this is a wrap! I would like to thank everyone that participated! I got some GREAT pics for the shop and got a whole lot more publicity for DGA. Got a few new planes on the way in from them so keep your eyes peeled :)
