Hi everyone

This is my new model ETA-2 Anakin's Jedi Starfighter. It became from paper-replika.com site. Additionally to model I made cockpit and changed a few details and paint dirt on surface? (I don't know what it called ;p, my english not to well sorry). Model was built at 1/33 scale.

Enjoy photos:

Great job. I love it when a ship has a cockpit. It defines the model and gives it class.

Beautiful builds on both models!
I've never seen that TIE fighter before.

I've looked at Anakins fighter but it looks too complicated for me to figure out.
You did a great job.

I love this model! I thought it was plastic at first, but then I saw the closeups.

Btw, the English word for applying dirt, or any other aging effect, is "weather/weathered/weathering", because normally the effect is to reproduce the effects of weather (rain, snow, mud, fire, etc.) on a full-scale object. ;)

Looks almost like it's not paper. Great work, man! I couldn't figure out how to get it together, so I just cursed and thanked God I'd already purchased the die-cast Eta-2. (I love that bird)

That is very nice indeed.

But...grumble, grumble...the only Starfighter is Kelly Johnston's masterpiece, the F-104...which I had the privilege of grooming for the better part of my service in the Canadian Airforce.

Wow! Those are a couple great models! I'll have to hide those pictures from my son otherwise he'll expect me to build them too.

Bong,
I am simply amazed by this model. You did a great job on this. It does not look like a paper model. I like the amount of detail that you put in it. It looks FANTASTIC!!!

I've had a look at Paper-Replika.com, and Julescrafter mention your great job, putted your pics in the gallery, but he has not modified his model, and just says "He (you) also mentioned that he will share the cockpit parts, stick around!"::confused:

I think he don't understood that you proposed that he modify his model:(

Maybe you can post it here, or give a link to it?:)

If possible, and if I don't ask too much, maybe you can e-mail it to me (my e-mail address is in my profile):o

Thanks again, very impressive and patient work!!!!

The Tie Fighter was a freebie from the old BT CAD website. You can still get it via archive on the web. Or, PM me (if it's allowable to share old freebies).

I already have Tomaz's file for upgrading ETA-2 cockpit. I plan to release it on PR all together with snowspeeder plans which now I'm working on.
