Now this is looking amazing - model or are you rebuilding a real LEM from the blueprints?

You are obviously a person who thinks 3 dimensionally (if not more). I find your work and results fantastic.:)

Thanks folks :)
there is another side with its "bones" . A little hole on the left side is prepared for the green docking light ( I´m not sure if I want it shine yet )

Oh let it shine mate - a Green low power L.E.D would look brilliant and take very little battery power with the right resistor :)

I really hope so :) I was busy with the x-wing and Stemapunk kodiak (and many more), so i put it aside. The problem is, that my skills are very low for this project and i want to "level them up" :P

This is my list of priorities :
Steampunk Kodiak
YT 2000 (everything from Imcold)
Mara Jade´s Shrike (small diorama)
USS Patna (very long story)
Lunar module
B-wing by Tirick
Viking lander ( my first freemodel )

* subject to change :P

Hi I'm new to this forum, but I've seen your build from a long time back googling up a 1/24 LM. I'm very happy you've found time to bring this project back to life. Excellent job.

I'm thinking that you and Ken West are in the top percentile for building extremely detailed space hardware in scales that are a pure joy to view. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to build it, it's the beautiful prototypical detail and effort you've put into the resulting art piece and sharing that object to it's completion with the world that makes it all worthwhile. Keep the process moving forward, a tenth of a mm at a time is fine. Beautiful work!
