1:1 scale! Did he say 1:1 scale? This is already a fantastic build. Just look at the paint job with the chrome effect. Lovely stuff.

Many thanks for sharing these pics. But as stated before! What's with the horse. lol

Is the skull from the papercraft kit or did you get that from somewhere. If it is from the papercraft kit I would love to know what you did for the teeth. I am currently building the skull for my 1:1 model and haven't dedcided if I am going to keep the teeth in paper or if I am going to customize them. Please let me know.

I'd hate to ask that famous "...made of paper?" question, but when I look at these pictures, I'm sure thinkin' it!

I have no doubt that the arms legs and torso are paper, but I am almost 100% sure that the skull is not. I am building this same model right now and I don't recognize that as being the paper skull that is in the kit.

It is from the paper kit ! is that I work more hard on it :D and have another technique !

soon I will post the step by step in my blog and some pics here ! I have more that 100 pics !!

The tooths are a gift from my dentist :D are made of acrilic ! and I had to addapt it to the endomouth !! my first solution was use rubber (like my skulls, see in my blog) but this tooht are great !

I use filler in the joinds and a lot layers of paint and varnish, more than the rest of the body !

HOLY FREAKING CRAP! I am sorry for doubting escala, please forgive my ignorance. You are a far supierior builder than I. I cant wait to see the tutorial on how to get that clean of a look. I am already about half way done with my skull, but I may want to start all over after learning how you got a look like that! I bow to your greatness and lookforward to seeing more.

OK I found 3 pdf files for the T2-T800 Endoskeleton is this the ones you guys are using to build this fantastic model? Also from what I can see it's not 1:1 scale, how do I assure that I'm getting 1:1? The file I have appears to be .jpg scans from a book that is in Japanese. It does appear to have instructions listed but well they are scan pictures and they are in Japanese...how the blazes to I make it so that I can read them? Seeing that they are pictures I can't very well copy & paste the instructions into Google Translate to get English...:mad:. Any ideas?

I forgot to ask....can this be built with regular card stock? I think what I have is 120# from Staples Office Depot.

YES, those scans are from the book that everyone's using to make their Paper T-800's
but the availability of scans of the book for free is basically Piracy.

Rusty, those are the plans that everyone is using. Every once in a great while you will find a copy of the original book that those scans come from on ebay....every once in a great while.

The model was originaly printed in 1:2 scale (or half size). To get to the 1:1 scale all you have to do is enlarge the original by 100%.

Thank you. Eventually I think I'll try this model in 1:1 scale but right now it's sitting on the self so to speak. My wife is wondering where I'm going to put my 4ft + Optimus Prime when it's completed, let alone a full size Terminator. :D
