AT-99 “Scorpion” Gunship -Avatar- 1:48

hello guys,
as you all know about the latest movie by James Cameron -Avatar, and with all great machines.One that interesting me is the The AT-99 “Scorpion” Gunship, so I find some data from net, but can't find the 3view. The 3d model is based on image from web and plastic toys the others just improvised.Well the show must go on...here some progress, and still I'm trying to finish ASAP.

thanks guys, tonight I'm trying to finish it come along with the free patern and instruction, plan to make 2 version 1:48 and bigger scale.the 1:48 I think it's to small, FYI the small part with in 1-2 mm length.Wish me luck guys

Heres what i have so far, this is only the 2nd model i have ever done with a clear canopy. for future reference what is the fastest grabbing NON FOGGING adhesive i can get? I use thick CA for everything but it isnt conductive to the best looking canopies.

sorry can help you friend, but I usually use some plastic tape or clear paper for canopies and doubled both side.good luck

thanks friend, you mean the template or the model?the template used autoCAD and pepakura, but mostly CAD, sometimes pepakura wasn't good enough and the model used various thing such as, pen or needle

Dip your clear parts in Future floor polish first and the CS will not fog them up...

thanks a lot, the canopy on this thing looks like it should be parked on the local lovers lane around 3am. oh well live and learn, maybe i should make a little sign next to it that says if the choppers a rockin dont come a knockin
