Metasequoia editing resolution...

Hi all!
For some reasons (???), in Metasequoia I am not longer able to move,
scale, and rotate objects for less than 1 unit ( I mean, for example,
rotate for 0.5 degrees, or move for 0.75).
I remember that time ago Metasequoia was able to do it...
Days ago, I wrote to the software creator. Hope to see an answer...
Can anybody help me?

Can't say I've ever had that happen. The only thing I can think of is maybe you've got snap to grid turned on (Grid button in the Edit Option panel).
