look I'll tell you my technique, normal paper is 120 grams, once the piece is finished it with a brush step vinyl glue (white glue) this once becomes transparent when dry and give it that touch of varnish as This is an economical choice :D

mira te voy a contar mi tecnica , el papel es normal de 120 grs , una vez que la pieza esta termina le paso con un pincel cola vinilica ( pegamento blanco ) este una vez al secarse se pone transparente y le da ese toque como de barniz , esta es una opcion economica:D
