Janós > Hello! Thanks.

Jim Nunn > Thanks by your words.
With your explanation I understand what is "Tissue Paper". Thanks for the tip but when I read it I had already decided what paper use.

After make the canvas I think there is many paper types that we can use to imitate tissue. Some day I try your option.

.............................. ooOoo ..............................

The canvas cover

He had thought about doing it from parchment paper...when I'm going to the kitchen to fetch the roll saw a paper bag that, for the features that I knew, could be very promising for what I wanted.

Had some use, all wrinkled but this was not a problem, quite the contrary.
And he was sacrificed. (advertising is my offer).

After molding on cargo box.

Used parts of the sheets model to make the sheaths. I made earrings from 0,30 mm wire wrapped in a 1 mm drill.

And applied to the canvas.

After applied also tightening belts and buckles.

So, that did not get everything completely closed, left rear side rolled up.

Now it's time to paint...

Jim - Thanks for expanding on what I had said earlier... I didn't think about something getting lost in translation. -doh-

Ze Reis - For the scale that you are working in, I think you made a great selection, it looks great, and I can't wait to see how it looks after painting.

It's not far off the proper colour either.

opalmox > Yes I also think the same. But other kinds of paper are possible to use in this case.

Tim > Exactly, is very close to the color to use.

Before painting, moistened with water the paper to mark the laying of the irons in the canvas.

First paint applied to the cargo box. I added a gas barrel that was left of the Opel Blitz assembly.

Applied patine in visible places.

Also painted canvas.

And the cargo box completed.

Zé Reis

Using an IKEA bag is a great idea and it looks great. I can see a bunch of us going down to IKEA and getting bags for future projects.

Jim > Yes! Good shopping!!!

.......................................... ooOoo ..........................................

Now the Mudguards already with the base painting.

And applied in model.

The wheels

As in Kraz, the wheels have the option of being made with or without individual tracks. And as in Kraz I chose individual tracks.

Beginning mounting.

Application of the interior part.

Pieces that complete the sides

The parts for the tracks.

Many already applied.

To position them in the correct locations printed the piece without individual tracks on 80g paper and pasted on the tire, then put the 384 pieces on top.

And finally ... all pasted!
The tips of the tracks that are on the sides were sanded for a smooth transition.
