Johnny,

You started with out me, just kidding you.

I have yet to see the model available on this side of the Atlantic and I can’t wait to get my hands on one. The part fit looks like it is superb and the detail is stunning.

Just drop in Jim!!
I'm off work for 4 weeks now....so plenty of time to catch up

Brakes.

The drawing

I start with the lower part.

Then two rings are placed on top of the base.

A coned part goes down in the hole.

And some arrangement on top of it

The base for the adjustment screw

The screw in place....soryy for the blurried pic!

And the rear side is another step closer to complete

Now I'm off work for 4 weeks...going to skiathos Greece in two weeks time!!
See you all when I'm back!

This is like building a real cannon, Johnny! I am sure that the paper model you are building has as many parts as the original.

The frame that supports the wheels and the barrelslide arrangement.Vacations are now over , and the work on the LeFh continues!!

The drawings

I started with building the inner structure of 0,5mm laserparts. And with the usual DrafModel presicion every piece was 100% fit.

Then there was to put on the skin and add some perifer parts here and there to complete the main part of the frame.

Added the rest of the skins, and the part is almost ready to be painted.

Might be a little tough to call this a masterpiece at this stage
I'll say that the DrafModels are really designed by a master!
As I have said before: a well designed model is easy to build!!
So I guess we have to wait until the finish line to see how well I have built it
Hope for the best!!
