John great work and very small scale and It's very nice to heard the history about your gransons.

Joe I'm going to build them at one moment. As you say they reminder my the old metal toys. You did a great work in texture with the tanks.

I'd like to know: Is the G1 to download? Because at the site I just found the diamond and the ford tanks. BTW: The race is great too!!!

Regards
Alcides

Thanks Alcides. The racer is a lot of fun if you make it really rollable. Scoots right along!

The "G1" is available from Jonathan Leslie's site on this page. I gave him permission to host it several years ago:

Johnflys2, My bad. I have to apologize for not giving you kudos on the great builds. Especially the little Ford 3-ton versions! Very neat and clean!

I've added another TINPaper model to the downloads section:
it's for Tank No 8.

It's in the "Toys and Automata" section.

Thanks Alcides and Joe. Hey Joe, you loaded another already? Great. I can't make them that fast but I'm trying. Should have pics of 205 before the sun sets. John

John, dont rush. I'm having loads of i/O problems with the files I have found so there's likely to come a lot of rebuilding and recovering.

HOWEVER, I did find three of my most favorite little tanks I thought were lost forever and those files are fine.

Joe I don't rush, just work steady. Here is another of your little gems in card stock. I love it and so will my grandchildren. Thanks again. John

Fine build, John. The 205 is one of my favorites. Like the way you doubled up on the sides and tracks!

Thanks Joe. The track I doubled but the sides, only the area that is exposed was doubled. I also made a few changes with the graphics, eliminated the red lines for the tabs. The only tab used was on the bottom to join the body. Well, I see there is another tank to build. I think I'd better give the wife some attention or I won't be able to use the dinning room table for building. :-) John
