Flak 38 - Halinski - 1/25

This one has taken me a couple of months to complete. The model was very detailed and due to it's small scale, it involved quite a lot of micro surgery. There was also quite a bit of wire work involved.

All in all, it was a good kit and an enjoyable build. Almost all of it fit together well. The one exception being the wheels. I encountered many fit issues with these which required constant trimming from start to finish. Over all though, I think it came out okay.

hi nemesis, i've to agree with everyone else, great work on this model .
theres not enough of the flak/ cannon type models done these days. i love to see them! perhaps more will follow suite after seeing this little gem. the extra work you put in on the tyres has paid off they look realistic.
again, great work.

Very nicely done this was one of my favorite builds as well. As for the wheels they did turn out really well.

Thanks for all your comments, guys. It was an interesting subject to do and despite all the really small parts, it was fun to build. I agree that it would be nice to see more of this kind of subject around. Preferably isn bigger scales, too. A detailed 1:16 version of the famous/infamous 88 would be excellent.
