It really was a quick build - for me anyway - started building on 19 Sept and finished it on 30 Sept. Once you get set up to emboss the rivets it goes fairly quickly. Best results so far are to roughly cut out the parts, score any folds, emboss then finally cut the parts out. I found you can't emboss too close (<1cm) to an edge otherwise you get creases in the card.
I noticed that 5 Poplavko-Jeffery cars were captured by the Germans and a couple of them were used by the Freikorps in 1919. (
Armoured car Jeffery-Poplavko) There's another possible colour scheme - Feldgrau. Looking at the dates of deployment of the P-J car I think the green colour of the model would be better as the grey colour of Tsarist armoured cars.
